Required Online Trainings
The Mandated Reporter and Professional Ethics Educator Discipline Act trainings must be completed within 30 days of service start date. Follow the instructions below to complete both trainings.
Mandated Reporter Training
Mandated Reporter training is required of all NEW members within 30 days of service start date.
There is no charge for this course. DO NOT register for the “On Demand” training.
Select a date and time from the available Upcoming Live Virtual Trainings
Members who have previously completed the course may submit a copy of their certificate to their Regional Coordinator– Email Jena Shaffer or Email Heather Kennedy.
Training hours completed in the evenings or weekends should be between the hours of 6am and 10pm.
Up to 3.5 hours may be reported for this course on your timesheet. Describe the training as follows;
Category- Training- PMSC Approved Training (include date and name of training in comments)
Location- “Teleservice” or “Host Site,” whichever is the actual place member completed training.
At the end of the virtual course, you will complete a survey and will then receive your completion certificate via email within 2 weeks.
Submit completion certificate to regional coordinator.

Professional Ethics Educator Discipline Act Training

Participants who do not already have a Standards Aligned System (SAS) account, please register for one here
Use the SAS log in credentials to log into the SAS PD Center
Choose “Course Catalog/Registration” from the Menu drop-down in the upper right hand corner
Select self paced course ACT 126
Select either teacher or staff member as appropriate
AmeriCorps Prohibited, Unallowable, Allowable Activities for NEW Members Course
